Averaging just a little over 13 points a game in his inaugural season with the Miami Heat, 6’9 stud Michael Beasley has quietly carved out a comfortable niche for himself alongside DWade and Chris Quinn in the Miami sunshine. (I’m interested in seeing if the “Beas” has his off-court life in order; pre-draft reports maintained that dude had the cheech-and-chong fundamentals on lockdown, if you know what I mean…)

The graceful forward signed on with the Three Stripes after a longstanding holdout this past summer that left critics, cohorts, and experts all confused. (MB wore Jordan Brand product during his time at Kansas State exclusively, and many assumed the trend would inevitably continue.) Accordingly, Beasley has sported several scorchers from Adi’s Ball lineup, including the Summer Run and adidas BOUNCE Artillery. More recently however, Mike has worn the ballyhooed TS Commander in black/red/white with his nickname, “B-Easy” centered in text along the model’s ankle strap. adidas recently linked up with mall retailer Finishline to release the shoe in stores across the country.
