After enjoying exponential growth in exhibitors and expansion to both Paris and Las Vegas, (capsule) trade show organizer BPMW announced yesterday several important changes which will take place starting Spring 2010. First, capacity at the original venue in New York City has reached such level that the event will now take place in 2 locations - Angel Orensanz Center in Lower East Side and the addition of the Puck Building in SoHo. Similar addition will also take place at (capsule) Las Vegas along with an expanded footwear wing. Second and perhaps the most important alteration BPMW made in next year’s (capsule) trade show is the inclusion of (capsule) Women’s. Like the premises behind (capsule), (capsule) Women’s will showcase upcoming labels and designers from the contemporary fashion field, one of the fastest growing sector. Already, some 60 exhibitors have applied to be included in the 2-day trade show, with more expressing interest. (capsule) Women’s will also be incorporated as part of (capsule) Las Vegas as well, just before its official debut in New York the following week.
