After the immensely successful Air Max 90 “Tongue n’ Cheek” Edition, Nike Sportswear partnered with British-base artist Ben Drury in creating the new Air Max 90 Current “Silent Listener”. A reference to the City of London and the long quiet evening strolls Drury love, the Silent Listener focus of the city’s sense of duality, from vibrant urban center to countryside like suburbia. Factors all visible on the design, from muted black upper to to the single D-ring eyelet, and tubular laces in bright blue.
