Nike’s 1World initiative pairs up some of the Swoosh’s hottest silhouettes with unlikely artists from the sports world. Manchester United middlefielder Rio Ferdinand put together a premium version of the Air Force One (1) that celebrates his love of football. The lowtop features gold heel accents that read “5″ and “V” and a corresponding “gold foil” check. Down below, Ferdinand’s creation is highlighted by a translucent midsole and outsole. The Rio Ferdinand x Nike 1World Air Force One (1) is available now at the Nike Sportswear 21 Mercer Store in New York and in the United Kingdom. Via Weekly Drop.
